Shipping Policy

In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days of order placement.

Priority (2-Day) shipping requests will be processed and shipped within 1 business day. Please allow approximately 3 total business days from shipment to delivery.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays. Exeter Jewelers is not liable for delays or losses once a package has left our facility, except to the extent covered by the carrier's insurance.

Signature confirmation is required for high-value shipments.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Exeter Jewelers is not responsible for carrier delays or losses beyond insurance coverage.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of fine jewelry, all sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds. Select items may be eligible for exchange or store credit at the discretion of Exeter Jewelers. Store credit does not expire.

If an exchange or store credit is approved, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a fully insured, trackable shipping method and secure packaging. Exeter Jewelers is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

All approved exchanges must be completed within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Approved items should be shipped to:

Exeter Company, 101 Water Street, Exeter, NH 03833

Please contact us prior to returning any item so we may assist with the process.

Custom Jewelry Orders

Custom jewelry is created specifically for each client. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • CAD renderings, sketches, and designs constitute final design approval
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins
  • Custom jewelry is final sale and non-refundable once production begins
  • Final pieces may vary slightly from renderings or CAD images
  • Exeter Jewelers is not responsible for damage to client-supplied stones or materials

Clients supplying their own gemstones must verify each stone's condition before submission and acknowledge responsibility for any pre-existing flaws or structural weaknesses that may lead to breakage during setting.
