Exeter Jewelers reserves the right to correct any typographical or system error prior to shipment. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Exeter Jewelers may cancel or refuse the order before shipment.

Vintage & Estate Jewelry: Estate and vintage pieces are sold "as is." Due to age and prior wear, minor imperfections may be present and do not constitute defects. These items are final sale.

Jewelry Care, Warranty & Repairs
Jewelry is subject to normal wear and tear over time. Stones may loosen, and routine maintenance (such as prong tightening and cleaning) is recommended.

Our warranty applies only to verified manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Improper storage or exposure to chemicals
  • Failure to maintain jewelry as recommended
  • Stone loss after delivery
  • Repairs or alterations performed by third parties

Any customer alterations or third-party repairs will void applicable warranties.

Stone Loss & Damage Disclaimer
Exeter Jewelers is not responsible for stone loss or damage once an item has left our possession unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payments & Chargeback Protection
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before shipment or release of merchandise.

Exeter Jewelers reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud
  • Require identification for high-value purchases
  • Contest chargebacks using transaction documentation

We report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant payment institutions and may suspend accounts associated with disputed charges.

Appraisals & Valuation
Appraisals provided by Exeter Jewelers represent an opinion of value at the time of issuance for insurance purposes only. The values appraised may differ from retail, resale, or market pricing. Appraisals do not constitute a guarantee of resale value. Market fluctuations are not the responsibility of Exeter Jewelers.
